1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of Ticketpotamia (the "Service"), provided by Examopotamia ("we", "us"). By creating a workspace or using the Service you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.
2. Accounts
You must give accurate information and keep your password confidential. Workspace admins are responsible for who they invite and for the roles they assign. Tell us straight away if you believe an account has been compromised.
3. Your data
Your organization owns the content it puts into the Service, such as tickets, messages, attachments and articles. You give us permission to store and process that content only to provide and improve the Service. You can export your tickets at any time.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to break the law, to send spam, to upload malware, to infringe anyone's rights, or to try to access data that isn't yours. Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the Service.
5. Early access
The Service is currently offered free of charge as early access. Features may change, and we provide it on an "as is" basis without a guaranteed level of availability. We'll give admins reasonable notice before introducing charges, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.
6. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your workspace. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the Service or other customers at risk, and will tell you why where we're allowed to.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll tell workspace admins before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.
