Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Ticketpotamia is provided by Examopotamia. For account data (who signs in), we are the data controller. For the content organizations put into their workspace (tickets, messages, attachments), the organization is the controller and we process it on their behalf.

2. What we collect

Account details: name, work email, role and team, and a salted hash of your password (never the password itself). Workspace content: tickets, replies, internal notes, attachments, knowledge base articles and settings. Technical data: IP address and request details processed by our hosting provider to deliver and secure the Service.

3. How we use it

To provide the Service, sign you in, send the notifications your workspace uses (such as invites, new tickets and replies), keep the Service secure, prevent abuse, and fix problems. We don't sell personal data and we don't use it for advertising.

4. Cookies and storage

We use one strictly necessary cookie to keep you signed in. Your browser may also store your language choice. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

5. Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the Service and stores its database and files, and delivers our email. When an organization uses AI features, the text needed for that feature (for example a ticket or knowledge base article) is sent to Anthropic, which provides the Claude AI model. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads. These providers may process data outside your country under appropriate safeguards.

6. Retention

We keep workspace data for as long as the workspace exists. When a workspace is deleted, its data is removed from our systems. Sign-in attempt records are kept for a short period for security.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how it's used. If your data is in an organization's workspace, contact that organization first; we'll help them respond.

8. Security

Data is encrypted in transit, passwords are hashed, and each organization's data is kept separate from every other organization's. Access to production systems is restricted.

9. Contact

Privacy questions or requests: [email protected]. We'll update this policy when our practices change and show the date at the top.
