I can't sign in
Check you're using the email your admin invited. Invite links work once and expire after 7 days, so ask your admin for a new one if yours has expired. After several failed attempts, sign-in pauses for 15 minutes.
How do I invite my team?
Admins open Users, enter an email address and role, and share the invite link that appears.
Can our staff sign up on their own?
Yes. In Settings → Help portal, turn on self sign-up and set your company email domain. Share the portal link with your staff.
Where is my data stored?
On Cloudflare's network. See the Privacy Policy for details.
